March 2008
The SJISF wants to take this opportunity to thank the generous donation that we received into our bank account. The $12,000 gift will be spent on udpating parts and pieces for the three fleets and will help us host the 2008 NWISA Double Handed District Championships here at Jackson's Beach in April.

Looking for Community Support
Due to the failing condition of the Net Shed at Jacksons Beach we are eagerly looking for community support in a presentation that will be given to the Port Comissioners this winter. The San Juan Sailing Foundation and the San Juan Canoe Club members are leading the way in securing a new facility.
